Grip Compound

Beyond choosing a proper grip size, choosing the best grip for you is purely a personal choice. Choose a grip that feels best in your hands. When a club is in your hands, you should feel confident and connected to the club head.

Having grips that look good are just as important as having grips that feel right as this will add to your confidence.

Different grip compounds offer different benefits in terms of feel, durability and playability in different weather conditions.

Rubber Golf Grips - Rubber is the most common of golf grip compounds. Rubber provides a softer feel. All Lind standard golf grips are made of rubber. Lind offers a number of rubber grips in standard, midsize and jumbo which are competitively priced and perform well, however if you're after the very best in rubber, build your clubs with Lamkin Crossline grips.

Cord Golf Grips - Cord Golf Grips offer added traction and work very well in all weather conditions. Cord grips also offer a firmer feel and are made from rubber laced with cord.

Lind offers cord grips in standard and midsize which are competitively priced and perform well, however if you're after the very best in cord, build your clubs with Lamkin Crossline Cord grips.

Wrap Golf Grips - Wrap grips combine durability with a soft tacky feel whilst helping to dampen vibrations. We recommend building your clubs with the Lamkin Perma Wrap grips if you enjoy using wrap style grips.

Dual Compound Golf Grips (Rubber & Cord) - A new innovation to golf is the dual compound grip. Dual compound grips are made of both rubber and cord, the top half being cord and the bottom half being rubber. This design provides the best of both worlds as it delivers the comfort of rubber under your lower hand, and the traction of cord under your gloved hand. Lind offers this innovation through the Lind G-SPEC grip and Golf Pride Multi-Compound models.

Arthritic grips - Arthritic grips are especially designed for golfers who have difficulty gripping their clubs. Its "nubbed" texture and slightly larger size reduce hand pressure and help minimize the effort arthritic golfers exert to hold the club.
